The composition of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids included in the milk fat triglycerides using gas chromatographic analysis. Previously examined no more than 15-20 of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids contained in camel and horse milk fat. Analysis of fatty acid composition during the lactation period, showed a significantly greater amount of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids in fats investigated camel and horse milk.
