Almaty is the largest city in Kazakhstan, located in the foothills of the Zailiyskiy Alatau. It is a sunny, green city with wide streets, beautiful buildings, numerous parks and squares. At the foot of the mountain is a 350-meter TV tower and if you count from sea level, then this is the highest tower in the world. Several rivers flow through the city, carrying crystal-clear water. The month of October was chosen for holding the conference, the most favorable season for holding a conference in Almaty.
