1. One page abstracts are submitted only in English in LaTeX prepared according to the template and are accepted on the Conference website until September 30, 2020.

2. By the beginning of the Conference, the collection of reports will be published in the joint issue of the journals Herald of the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (recommended by the Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan) and Computational Technologies (included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation).

The full reports from 8 to 15 pages are presented in LaTeX format in English prepared according to the template and are accepted via the Conference website until September 30, 2020. Authors should follow author's guidelines. One author can submit no more than three reports (individually or in collaboration). Materials submitted later than the deadline or not meeting the specified requirements will not be considered.

3. Based on reports selected by the international expert council of the conference, a collection of articles in Springer publishing house in the series “Communications in Computer and Information Science” (indexed in the Scopus database) will be published. Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings template for LaTeX, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.
